Friendly staff and ckean store. Good selection of foods for when one is out of certain items but extremely expensive if compared to Canadian Wholesale Club in Nelson. I hope their workers are paid a better wage.

Contrary to another post, this is NOT a street market with vendors selling various goods. It is a grocery store, affiliated with TGP (The Grocery People)The prices are HIGH, selection not bad and produce usually second rate. Staff are nice enough but nobody goes the extra mile. There is small in-store deli and bakery.*****************************The owner has pointed out weekly specials, however those prices are still higher than regular prices in Nelson. If you only need a few things then the Front Street Market will do. But if you need to buy a week's worth or more, definitely worth the time & gas to go to Nelson.
