What a charming little place for lunch, just up the road from the historic Sternwheeler! The food is very fresh and good. Clean bathrooms, with non-automatic toilets are very kid friendly too! Stop in for a coffee and a slice of homemade cake, or take a minute and sit down for a lunch. Situated in an historic building on a very picturesque street corner.
Went for a day trip from New Denver on August 2 for some breakfast. Very cool spot, coffee was excellent and breakfast was delicious with fresh ingredients and didn't take long to get my food. Even though it was busy, my server was extremely pleasant and attentive and looked amazing in her denim shorts, if you're in to that sort of thing. Would highly recommend.
Delicious mushroom burger probably one of the best I have had. My wife loved her tuna burger as well. Quaint and rustic decor and friendly staff.
I used to work here. The food, is awful, Owners raise prices right before tourist season every year. Head chef jamie scratches his nuts then touches food ETC, servers are rude. I had to leave cause i couldnt let the resturant tarnish my reputation in such a small town.
This place was great for a long time. As of yesterdays visit the menu had shrunk by 50%, the items I can eat were sold out and the service was unbelievably slow. I handed the menu back to the server when she eventually showed up and left hungry. What a shame.
